Recently, Fenxi Heavy Industries, the superior company of SES-Tech, won the first foreign trade order of 2019, which will provide the German shipowner Peter Dohle Schiffahrts-KG with the transformation of the desulfurization device system based on DC networking technology. Responsible for design, manufacture and complete supply.

Peter Dohle Schiffahrts-KG is a well-known non-operating shipowner in Hamburg, Germany. Many of its ships require desulfurization equipment modification. In this cooperation, SES-Tech will provide four sets of desulfurization integrated power system (S-PP) based on DC networking technology for Peter Dohle Schiffahrts-KG’s ships, and will cooperate with desulfurizer manufacturers, shipyards and Sethle The partner German E-MS Company jointly completed the desulfurization transformation project.

The DC network integrated power supply system used in this desulfurization plant renovation project is a standardized, compact and modular solution. In a limited renovation space, the scrubber’s variable frequency power supply is supplied through highly integrated DC network technology. The system is integrated into the existing power grid, and it is no longer necessary to construct a complex distributed power source. Such system improvement will significantly improve the engineering cycle of ship scrubber transformation.

In this project, SES-Tech applied DC networking technology to the scrubber field for the first time. The core electrical equipment was applied to the German shipowner, and the product was certified as DNV·GL.

The implementation of this project will further open up the European market. The company will continue to cooperate closely with the German E-MS company, adhering to the advanced concept of "European technology, German quality, Chinese manufacturing, and global service".
