The river cruise vessel Victoria Sabrina is designed to have the length of 149.99 m, breadth of 21.8 m, depth of 4.5 m, and draught of 5.7 m, being able to contain 690 passengers. The power station is composed of four 1250 kW diesel generator sets and two 300 kW super capacitors supplying two 1680 kW propulsion motors. The vessel is a moving five-star hotel on the Yangtze River between Chongqing and the Three Gorges.

The S-Hybrid-R system, adopting the common DC grid topology, allows the generator sets to be variable speed operation, and hence the emission is significantly reduced.
