The river cruise vessel Shuangyong, a sister ship of ‘Shenchengzhiguang’, adopts the S-Hybrid system that supports both the PTH mode and the PTI mode. Consequently, the vessel demonstrates significant flexibilities, allowing pure motor driving at low speed operation, while boost propulsion when high speed is required. 

The river cruise vessel Shuangyong is 62.3 meters long, supplied by two 450 kW azimuth propellers. Thanks to the S-Renewable system equipped onboard, each propeller can be driven either by the motor (PTH mode) or by the motor and main engine simultaneously (PTI mode). Such configuration helps achieve lower emission, more comfort and higher reliability.
